We’re currently setting up a brand-new shared apartment, and we’re looking for friendly roommates who want to work together to create a beautiful and cozy home. ✨

It’s important to us that this isn’t just a functional living arrangement. We’re looking for a relaxed, open, and warm atmosphere where people enjoy hanging out in the kitchen, cooking together 🍝, or doing things together every now and then. 🎶

For us, a certain sense of cleanliness and order is part of living together. Of course, it doesn’t have to be clinically clean—we just want everyone to do their part and treat each other with respect. 🧹

A total of four unfurnished shared apartment rooms are available

→ Room 4: 9.5 sqm, furnished, and €649

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building on a quiet street in Hamburg-Harburg and was completely renovated in 2023. 🏡

The 9.5 m² room is rented out fully furnished—so you can move in right away and don’t have to haul your own furniture! 🛏️

The modern built-in kitchen in stylish gray is fully equipped with:
Oven & glass-ceramic cooktop
Exhaust hood
Dishwasher
Large refrigerator with freezer compartment

The bright and modern bathroom features a window, a shower, and a sink area, ensuring a pleasant start to your day. 🚿

All utilities are already included in the flat-rate rent—there are no additional costs for you! 💶

Southern Hamburg combines urban living with plenty of green space and recreational opportunities! 🌳 The beautiful Harburg City Park, with its idyllic Außenmühlenteich pond, is just a few minutes’ walk away—perfect for jogging, walking, relaxing, or simply unwinding! ☀️

The Phoenix Center, with its numerous shopping options, restaurants, and diverse recreational and cultural offerings, is also located very close by! 🛍️ Doctors and pharmacies are also quick and easy to reach.

The Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) is also right nearby and enjoys an international reputation. 🎓 This makes Harburg a particularly popular place to live, especially among students from all over the world. 📚
