we have a room available in our shared flat with immediate effect :)

We are Cheyenne (27) and Hamyaz (25) and are looking for a new roommate. In our free time we like to do sports, for example cycling, and we also like to read, listen to music or make music, for example with the guitar.

Room

The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building.

The flat share has a fitted kitchen in a modern style. It is equipped with an oven incl. ceramic hob with matching extractor hood, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The bathroom with window invites you to take a relaxing shower.
The bright room is approx. 15 m² in size and is rented unfurnished. It is therefore ideal for creating a nice living and working area.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is internet access.

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg city park with its large outdoor mill pond is just a few minutes' walk away. A wide range of gastronomy and culture, as well as the Phoenix Center right on the doorstep, make this apartment one of the most central in Harburg. Of course, doctors are also within easy walking distance or can be reached by public transport. The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the weekly organic market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. This is also just a 15-minute walk away.
From Harburg station, you can reach Hamburg city center in just a few minutes by S-Bahn. Long-distance train connections are also available on the doorstep at Hamburg-Harburg station, as well as a direct bus connection to Airbus.
