The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept apartment building 🏠.

The flat share has a modern fitted kitchen 🍳✨ - equipped with oven incl. ceramic hob, matching extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment 🧊 and a dishwasher 🧼.

The modern bathroom with shower 🚿 has a window and is therefore nice and bright.

The beautiful room is approx. 15 m² in size 🪟 and is rented unfurnished. So you can set up your own personal living and working area 🛋️💻.
✅ There are no additional charges - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent 💶.
✅ Internet access 📶 is also included.

🌿 The south of the Hanseatic city perfectly combines a central location 🏙️ with living close to nature 🌳.

The Harburg city park with the large outdoor mill pond 🌊 is just a few minutes' walk away - ideal for walks, sport or simply relaxing 🧘‍♀️.

🍽️ A wide range of gastronomy & culture awaits just around the corner, as does the Phoenix-Center 🛍️. Doctors 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ and pharmacies are also easily accessible on foot or by public transport 🚋.

🎓 The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is not far away and attracts many students from all over the world with its international reputation 🌍.
A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market 🥦🍎 on the sand.
