Hello, we are a flat share of 4 and we have a room available...

We are Jonas (20), Lukas (23) and Gino (28) and we are looking for you.
We don't want to share a flat for a purpose, but would like to live together with a new person who fits in well with us, is likeable, open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. A little bit about us... Jonas is doing an apprenticeship and Lukas and Gino are currently studying. We are interested in music. In terms of sport, we're interested in badminton, inline skating, cycling, soccer, fitness and diving. We play the odd game or meet up with friends or go traveling.
We are looking forward to meeting someone with whom we can cook together, sit together and chat or go out to do something. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "anything goes but nothing is a must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Albau apartment building.
The room is approx. 21 square meters in size and has a small balcony. It has a special flair thanks to the beautiful floorboards. As the room is unfurnished, it can be furnished and decorated according to your own wishes and needs. In the shared kitchen you will find a cozy seating area, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The shower room also has a window and is therefore also bright and friendly. There is also a small guest WC.

There is no need to worry about the utilities. They are included, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Phoenix Center invites you to store. The shopping center offers many shopping possibilities, as well as doctors and gastronomy. At the foot of the Reeseberg are the recreational areas "Außenmühlenteich" and the "Harburger Stadtpark", which invite to walks, bicycle tours and other leisure activities, as well as swimming and boating in summer.
The Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has meanwhile gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
At its peak, Reeseberg is a quiet residential street, with good bus connections. Buses 141 and 443 stop there, arriving at Harburg train station in 14 minutes. There are other bus connections, as well as the S-Bahn, which takes you to Hamburg Hbf in 15 minutes. The city of Hamburg can be reached in about 30 minutes. Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg - Harburg.
