Unfurnished shared apartment, 21sqm in a nice 4-person shared apartment, completely renovated old building in Hamburg Harburg
Hello, we are a 4-person shared flat and 2 of our roommates are moving out at the end of December and January. Because of this, we are looking for you ;-)
We, Dariush 31 years old, student and Josephine, 19 years old, also a student, do not live in a communal apartment, but wish us a nice coexistence with people who fit well together, are sympathetic, open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. A little about us... We are interested in painting and drawing, like to read a book and would be happy if you can cook together, sit together and chat or go out and do something.
The apartment is located in the 2nd floor of a beautiful apartment building.
The room is 21 square meters and has a small balcony. You get a special flair through the beautiful plank floor. Since the room is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. In the shared kitchen you will find, in addition to a cozy seating area, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The shower room also has a window and is therefore also bright and friendly. There is also a small guest toilet.
There is no need to worry about the additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Landline flat), included in the rent.
The south of the Hanseatic city skilfully combines a central location with natural living. Visit the Phoenix Center for shopping. The shopping center offers many shopping opportunities, as well as doctors and gastronomy. At the foot of the Reesebergs are the recreation areas "Außenmühlenteich" and the "Harburger Stadtpark", which invite you to walks, bicycle tours and other leisure activities as well as swimming and boating in summer.
The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has meanwhile gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
The Reeseberg is at its top a quiet residential street, with good bus connections. The bus 141 and 443 stops there, which arrives at Harburg Train Station in 14 minutes. There are other bus connections, as well as the S-Bahn, which takes you to Hamburg Central Station in 15 minutes. The city of Hamburg can be reached in about 30 minutes. Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg - Harburg.
You have the feeling that it could fit and would like to stay at least 6 months. Send us an email with a short description of who you are and take a look at the room. We are looking forward to getting to know you.
Due to the current situation, we prefer online viewing. If you would like to get a personal picture, please bring a medical mouth and nose protection with you.
