Moin, we are looking for a new person to move in with us ;- )

Charlotte and Nils are moving out. We, Daren, Tobias and Sarah (will move into Charlotte's room in October) would be happy about a sympathetic and open-minded person who fits to us, is interested in an intact WG life and has a healthy sense for cleanliness. Maybe you'll bring along a new hobby or two. We are open for everything...

We are all employed and in our free time we are active in sports like tennis, couple dancing, jogging, swimming, running. We like to travel. Cook in our big kitchen and watch movies and series or play board games with friends.

We are a very well-functioning, mixed WG and absolutely not purpose.

Room

Moin, in our beautiful WG a room becomes free and we are looking for you...

The room is about 17 square meters and is flooded by the large windows, wonderful light. The apartment is located at the top of the 6th floor (with elevator) and allows a wonderful view over Hamburg. Since it is unfurnished, you can furnish and design it entirely according to your own wishes and needs.
The kitchen in classic style, is equipped with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. In addition, the washing machine has its place here.
The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower area and sink. That's all you need to freshen up. If time should ever be pressing, there is another shower room ready.
The highlight for the summer is the terrace on the roof of the house, which is available to all residents and invites you to relax or barbecue.

Service charges do not apply and are settled with the all-inclusive rent. Likewise, access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) is included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The offered room is located directly next to the Harburger-City, in the Harbuger Binnenhafen, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply possibilities for the daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. Harburg's city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes on foot.

From Harburg-Rathaus train station, a few meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.

You could imagine to fit into our shared apartment and are looking for a room for yourself alone. You are between 18 and 32 years old, have no pets and would like to stay with us for at least 6 months.
