Hello everyone,

we have a vacant room and we are looking for you as a new roommate! 😊

We are Noah (18), Daniel (21) and Frederike (22) - a mixed group of professionals and students. We like to be active in our free time: we go swimming, play soccer or work out at the gym. Many of us are also creative and love to draw or sew. When we're not being active, we meet up with friends, explore bars and cafés, go to the movies or travel the world. 🌍

We're looking for a likeable, open-minded person with a healthy sense of cleanliness - and not a purely functional flat share. If you have your own hobbies and would like to discover Hamburg with us, we look forward to hearing from you! 😊

Spacious shared room in Hamburg-Harburg - 18 sqm with floorboards

The apartment extends over 140 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor of a charming old apartment building in Hamburg-Harburg.

The room is approx. 18 sqm in size and boasts beautiful floorboards. As it is unfurnished, you can design it entirely according to your own ideas.

The kitchen is classically decorated in light gray and white tones and offers everything you need for relaxed cooking: a ceramic hob with extractor hood, a fridge with large freezer compartment and a dishwasher.

A real highlight: in addition to the bathroom with bathtub, there is an additional guest WC with shower - perfect for avoiding morning bottlenecks! 😉

All inclusive!
There are no service charges - they are already included in the rent, as are TV, internet (WiFi) and telephone connection.

Location

The shared flat is located in the Hamburg Harburg district.
You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. The easily accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options on Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm.
The bus stop, from which the bus leaves every 6 minutes to Harburg station in 10 minutes, is within walking distance. From here, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 12 minutes to Hamburg Central Station. Heimfeld station and the TUHH can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes.
Long-distance train connections are also available at Hamburg Harburg station.
