Rent room free of Unfurnished in our 5er WG, near the Hamburg University of technology, old building, 2 1/2 baths

Unfortunately, two of our roommates. Since we have had a great flatshare community, we would appreciate an open-minded and cooperative Person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness. We are Clara (25), Maik (26) and Hauke (27). If you fit in with us, and you can imagine to stay at least 6 months, then get in touch with you.

Room

Hey, unfortunately, two roommates move out spontaneously, so that we 3 are in search of you :)

The room is 18 sqm large, Unfurnished and with wonderful hallway floors.
What we particularly like about the apartment, that we have 2 bathrooms and a guest WC! So it never comes to jam.

In addition to costs incurred and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and a telephone in the rent included.

Location

The S-Bahn Station Hamburg-Harburg is within walking distance. Similarly, the TU-Hamburg-Harburg. Bakery, pharmacy, Doctors, banks etc. are located in the immediate vicinity.

Hamburg-Harburg -> station = 11 minutes
Hamburg-Harburg -> Jungfernstieg = 16 minutes
Hamburg-Harburg -> Dammtor = 17 minutes
Hamburg-Harburg -> Berliner Tor = 20 minutes
Hamburg-Harburg -> Altona = 27 minutes
