Hello everyone!

We have a room becoming available as Michelle is moving out.
We - Niklas (20), Moritz (20), Jana-Carina (24) and Jonas (29) - are looking for a likeable person who would like to become part of our shared flat on a long-term basis.

We are a colorful mix of professionals and students and like to spend our free time actively. Whether orienteering, cross-country skiing, wakeboarding, dancing or soccer - exercise is simply part of our lives. We also have a passion for technology, photography, 3D printing and microelectronics. But cooking, music and good books are also very popular with us.

We are not a functional flat share! It's important to us to have a friendly atmosphere, where we enjoy sitting together, cooking together or even moving around the house. The motto is: "Everything can, nothing has to" - everyone has their own space, but we are happy about an active shared flat life.

Room

The apartment extends over 140 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of a charming old apartment building.

Your room is generously proportioned at approx. 30 sqm, flooded with light and equipped with a beautiful floorboard. As it is unfurnished, you can design it entirely according to your own ideas.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The communal living area in the hallway is equipped with a cozy seating area and a TV - perfect for relaxing evenings.

The day-lit full bathroom invites you to relax and offers enough space for all the necessary utensils. There is also another bathroom with a shower and a separate guest WC.

Additional costs? No worries!
The all-inclusive rent already covers all costs, including TV and WLAN access.

Location

Shopping and supply options for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, on Wednesdays from 15.00 to 18.30 the eco-weekly market opens its doors.
The bus stop, from which the bus leaves every 6 minutes, in 10 minutes to Harburg station, is within walking distance. From here, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 12 minutes to Hamburg's main station. Heimfeld station, as well as the TUHH, can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
Long-distance train connections are also available at the station, Hamburg Harburg.

You could imagine to fit into our shared apartment and are looking for a room for yourself alone. You are between 18 and 32 years old, have no pets and would like to stay with us for at least 6 months.
