Hello everyone.

As Julian is moving out, Luisa, Pablo and Paul are staying in the shared flat and are looking for a new person to move in with us. We all have jobs and spend our free time playing music, photography, fitness, swimming, traveling, reading, cycling, cooking or hanging out with our friends.
We are looking for a nice person who fits in with us and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. Maybe you have other hobbies :) We are open to everything.

Room

The 114 sqm apartment is located on the 5th floor, with elevator, in the beautiful Harburg inland port.
The room is approx. 16 sqm in size and wonderfully flooded with light thanks to the large windows. As it is unfurnished and has a square layout, it can be furnished entirely according to your own wishes and needs.
Residents can end the day together in the large kitchen with dishwasher and seating area.
Getting ready, whether for work or the evening, is done in one of the two bathrooms with shower.

There are no service charges. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone.

Location

The apartment is located next to Harburger-City, in Harbuger Binnenhafen, directly on the Elbe.
You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity.
Harburg city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the weekly organic market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. This is also just a 10-minute walk away.
The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world
The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond or the Haake, as well as Meyers Park, can be reached in a few minutes by bike or bus.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, just a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes you to Hamburg Central Station in around 15 minutes.
Long-distance train connections are available at Hamburg Harburg station.
