Your future room is 17 square meters, wonderfully bathed in natural light 🌞, and its square layout makes it super easy to furnish 🛋️—since it’s unfurnished, you can design it exactly as you’d like and create your very own personal sanctuary ✨.

The large kitchen, complete with a dishwasher 🍽️ and a cozy seating area, is the heart of the apartment—ideal for cooking together in the evenings, playing games, enjoying coffee, and having great conversations ☕.

Two modern bathrooms with showers 🚿 ensure that no one is left waiting in the morning—a stress-free start to the day is guaranteed!

And the best part? No hidden costs! All utilities, such as electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi 📶, are already included in the flat-rate rent 💸—you don’t have to worry about a thing!
