We are Lisa-Marie (30), Daren (31), and Nils (24) and are looking for a new roommate on 01.01.22. In our free time, we all like to do sports by cycling, hiking and walking. We like to do cooking when the reserves need to be replenished. We are also avid readers or photographers. We are a very well functioning, mixed flatshare and absolutely not fit for purpose.
We would be pleased to have sympathetic and open-minded people who have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Dishwasher and washing machine are of course available.

Room

The apartment is located on the 6th floor, with elevator, of a newly built apartment building in the beautiful Harburg inland port. From here you have a wonderful view over the city.

The room is about 16 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs.



There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the package rental.

Location

The offered room is located right next to the Harburger City, in the Harbuger Binnenhafen, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply options for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of shops and services in the Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Monday to Saturday from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15.00 to 18.30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes.

From the station Harburg-Rathaus, a few meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) goes to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes.
