Room

The apartment is 95 square meters in total and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building – quietly situated on a play street in Hamburg-Harburg. The 15-square-meter room has beautiful real wood flooring and, as it is unfurnished, can be furnished according to your own wishes and needs.

The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area – perfect for shared meals or relaxed conversations. The kitchen leads directly onto the balcony.

In the bathroom, you will find a bathtub and enough space for all your toiletries. And best of all: there are no additional costs! Internet (network + WiFi) are already included in the flat rent – everything is easy and stress-free!

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Harburg - in a particularly beautiful location, very close to the center and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot 👟.

The connection to public transport 🚆 is great, and everything you need for everyday life is just around the corner: bakery, pharmacy, doctors, banks - everything is there! For your next shopping trip, the Phoenix Center 🛍️ in Harburg is waiting for you!

If you want to switch off 🌿, you're also quickly in the countryside: "Meyers Park" is just a few minutes' walk away - perfect for taking a deep breath. You can also quickly reach the "Schwarze Bergen" or the "Haake" by car.

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station 🚉 is also just a few minutes' walk away - and from there you can be in the heart of Hamburg city center in no time at all 🌆!
