Hello everyone... Two rooms are becoming available in our 7-room shared flat and we are looking for you ;-)

We are Lukas (24) and Cornelia (27), Luisa (20) and Carlo (25). We are working or studying and in our free time we like to do sports like cycling, running or swimming. When we are not out with our friends, we like to read and travel. We are looking for a friendly, open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and also fits in with us because we also enjoy spending time together.
We are looking for another person to join our relaxed, fun, talkative and somewhat adventurous flat share. People who also enjoy cooking together, drinking wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "anything goes but nothing is a must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Harburg. It has 7 rooms and is currently being converted from a 3-bed flat share into a 7-bed flat share. This will result in significantly larger communal areas, which have been freshly renovated. The bright room is approx. 16 sqm in size and as it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area. The washing machine is located in the spacious shower room. The apartment is divided almost centrally into a 3-bed and 4-bed shared flat, each with a separate bathroom. The room offered here is on the "3er WG side".

You do not have to worry about the additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is internet access

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg city park with its large outdoor mill pond is just a few minutes' walk away. A wide range of gastronomy and culture, as well as the Phoenix Center right on the doorstep, make this apartment one of the most central in Harburg. Of course, doctors are also within easy walking distance or can be reached by public transport. The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the weekly organic market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. This is also just a 15-minute walk away.
From Harburg station, you can reach Hamburg city center in just a few minutes by S-Bahn. Long-distance train connections are also available on the doorstep at Hamburg-Harburg station, as well as a direct bus connection to Airbus.
