This cozy apartment features beautiful hardwood floors that give every room a special old-building charm ✨.

The rooms are unfurnished, so you can decorate them exactly according to your own ideas and needs 🛋️.

Room 4: 16 sqm = 669 EUR

In the inviting shared kitchen, you’ll find a cozy seating area where you can relax. There’s also a washing machine and a dishwasher available here—for added convenience in your daily life.

The shower room has a window, making it pleasantly bright and welcoming ☀️.

You don’t have to worry about utility bills. The costs for TV, internet (wired & Wi-Fi), and other utilities are already included in the rent ✔️.
