We have a room available as Misol is moving out.
We are Michelle, Moritz, Angela and Jonas and we are looking for a new person who would like to move in with us for longer...

We are all working or studying and like to do sports in our free time. Orienteering, cross-country skiing, wakboarding, dancing and soccer are on the exercise program ;-) Some of us are also passionate about technology in the fields of photography, 3D printing and microelectronics, or we like to relax by swinging a wooden spoon, listening to music or immersing ourselves in other worlds while reading.

We are not and do not want to be a purposeful flat share. So you should be interested in an active shared flat life in which you like to sit together or move around the houses.
In keeping with the motto - anything goes, nothing has to - it's of course perfectly okay if the door is closed sometimes.

Room

The 140 square meter apartment in which the room is located is on the 1st floor of an old apartment building in Hamburg Harburg.

The room is approx. 13 sqm in size and has a wonderful floorboard. As it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs.
The classic-style kitchen, with a ceramic hob and extractor hood, fridge with large freezer compartment and dishwasher, is ideal for relaxed cooking.
What is particularly pleasing about the apartment is that, in addition to the bathroom with bath, there is also a guest WC with shower, so that there is no traffic jam in the morning ;-)
There is a cozy sitting area with a TV in the hallway where you can end the evenings together.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV, Internet (WLAN) and telephone.

Location

Shopping and supply options for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, on Wednesdays from 15.00 to 18.30 the eco-weekly market opens its doors.
The bus stop, from which the bus leaves every 6 minutes, in 10 minutes to Harburg station, is within walking distance. From here, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 12 minutes to Hamburg's main station. Heimfeld station, as well as the TUHH, can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
Long-distance train connections are also available at the station, Hamburg Harburg.

You could imagine to fit into our shared apartment and are looking for a room for yourself alone. You are between 18 and 32 years old, have no pets and would like to stay with us for at least 6 months.
