Flat share for 4 people for 01.11. in Hamburg Harburg near the TUHH

Hello everyone,

we are Lea (24), Tabea (24) and Aniket (29) and we are looking for a nice, friendly person who would like to become part of our flat share. In our free time we like to be creative, travel or cook. Maybe you also have a hobby or recipe or two.

We don't want to live together as a community of convenience, but rather as a nice community of people who fit together well, are friendly and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. People who also enjoy cooking together, drinking wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The room is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful Albau apartment building in Hamburg Harburg.

The room is approx. 15 square meters in size and impresses with its beautiful floorboards. As the room is unfurnished, it can be furnished and decorated according to your own wishes and needs. The classic-style kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and extractor hood, fridge with large freezer compartment, dishwasher and a cozy seating area. The washing machine is also located here. The bathroom has a window and invites you to take a relaxing bath in the bathtub. There is also a small guest WC in the 4-bed flat share.

There is no need to worry about the additional costs. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The room on offer is located directly in Harburg city center.
You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. The easily accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center. The Hamburg City Park and the Außenmühlenteich pond offer wonderful opportunities for walks, sports or simply relaxing.
The TUHH is also just a few minutes away.

Hamburg train station is just a few minutes' walk away. From there, a quick and uncomplicated journey with the regional express or S-Bahn to Hamburg city center is possible. Many other hubs in Hamburg can also be reached quickly from there.

Jungfernstieg - > approx. 20 minutes
Altina - > approx. 25 minutes
