Hello to all ;-) With us a WG room becomes free and we are looking for you.

Since our roommate is moving out, we are looking for a nice, open person who fits into our round. We are Mirko and Timo, 26 and 25 years old and currently students. In our free time we like to do sports, ride our bikes, play volleyball or go sailing on the water, bouldering and climbing. We also play guitar and watch one or the other movie or series. We like to sit together as roommates, but also accept when the door is closed.
We are not a community of convenience and want a nice life together with people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The offered room is located in a 3 room apartment, on the 3rd floor, of a multi-family house, central in Hamburg - Harburg.

The light-flooded room is 17 sqm large and since it is not furnished, it can be furnished according to your own wishes and ideas.
In the kitchen, in modern style, a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and a cozy sitting area complete the offer. The washing machine is located in the daylight bathroom, which also invites you to relax in the bath and has enough space for necessary utensils.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, as well as access to TV, internet (Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The offered room is located directly in the Harburg City.
Shopping and supply possibilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in the Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach this in 3 minutes on foot.

From Harburg-Rathaus train station, 100 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
