Room

The apartment is 98 square meters in total and is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building in a small street, directly at the Harburg Rathaus S-Bahn station.

The room is 16 square meters in size and can be furnished as you wish. Thanks to the practical layout, it can be used as a bedroom, living room or office.

In the fitted kitchen you can prepare delicious meals together. It will also be equipped with a ceramic hob with matching oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment and will have a cozy seating area where you future residents can eat or chat together. The balcony also leads off from here, where you can enjoy balmy summer evenings. The modern bathroom with window invites you to relax in the bathtub or get ready quickly in the shower. The washing machine also has its place here.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV and Internet.

The room on offer is located directly in Harburg city center.
You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. The easily accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the weekly organic market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. This is also just a 3-minute walk away.
The TUHH is theoretically also just around the corner and can be reached in a few minutes on foot or you can take the S-Bahn to Heimfeld.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, 100 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
