We are starting a new flat share for 4 people.

As you are all moving in at the same time, you have the change to start a new shared flat life... We would like it not to be a purposeful flat share, but to find nice, friendly people who want to embark on a new adventure.

Room

The apartment is 98 square meters in total and is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building in a small street, directly at the Harburg Rathaus S-Bahn station.

The bright rooms are approx. 16 and 20 sqm in size and are rented unfurnished. They can therefore be furnished as you wish. Thanks to the practical layouts, they can be used as bedrooms, living rooms or offices. Prices are between 599 and 629 euros including furniture. You can move in at the beginning of March.

In the fitted kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals together. It will also be equipped with a ceramic hob with matching oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment and will have a cozy seating area where you future residents can eat or chat together. The balcony also leads off from here, where you can enjoy balmy summer evenings. The modern bathroom with window invites you to relax in the bathtub or get ready quickly in the shower. The washing machine also has its place here.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN)

Location

The room on offer is located directly in Harburg city center.
You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. Harburg city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the weekly organic market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. This is also just a 3-minute walk away.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, 100 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
Long-distance train connections are available at Hamburg Harburg station.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving into one of the rooms alone and have no pets. Then please send us an email with a short description of who you are and have a look at the room.
