Three roommates have already been chosen: Weeda (18), Julia (26), and Marvin (25)—a colorful mix of students and working professionals. 😄

In their free time, the three of them like to stay active: they play sports, play the piano, knit, or get creative by painting. When they’re not at college or at work, they also enjoy spending time with friends or going out to party. 🎉

It’s important to us that this isn’t just a functional living arrangement, but a friendly, relaxed community 🫶

Room

This 4-person shared apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building—in a quiet, child-friendly street in Hamburg-Heimfeld 🌳.

The room is 19 m² in size, features beautiful laminate flooring, and is unfurnished—so you can decorate it exactly to your own tastes and needs. 🛋️

The modern built-in kitchen 🍽️ is equipped with a dishwasher 🧼 and a cozy seating area—perfect for shared meals or relaxed conversations ☕.

The kitchen opens directly onto the balcony, which is ideal for relaxing.

The bathroom features a bathtub and shower, with plenty of space for all your toiletries.

And best of all: there are no additional fees! 🙌 Internet (wired + Wi-Fi) 🌐 is already included in the flat-rate rent—it’s all easy and stress-free! 😊

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld - in a particularly beautiful location, very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot 👟.

The public transport connections 🚆 are great, and everything you need for everyday life is just around the corner: bakery, pharmacy, doctors, banks - everything is there! For your next shopping trip, the Phoenix Center 🛍️ in Harburg is waiting for you!

If you want to get away from it all 🌿, Heimfeld is also close to the countryside: the "Heimfelder Forst" or "Meyers Park" are just a few minutes' walk away - perfect for taking a deep breath. You can also quickly reach the "Schwarze Bergen" or the "Haake" by car.

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station 🚉 is also just a few minutes' walk away - and from there you can be in the middle of Hamburg city center in no time at all 🌆!
