Moin dear seekers. We have a room available and we are looking for you...

Remaining in this beautiful WG are Annette (19), Fin (23) and Sayed (27). We are all working or studying. In our free time we are active in sports and like to go swimming or to the gym. Read the one or other book and cook together. Meet with our friends and make bars and cafes unsafe or travel around in the world history.
We would be happy about sympathetic and open-minded people who have a healthy sense of cleanliness and no interest in a purpose WG. We are looking forward to new flatmates who also have some hobbies and want to discover Hamburg together with us. We are always in a good mood and like harmony :)
The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is written large despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is 140 sqm in total and is located on the 2nd floor of an old building - apartment building.

The bright room is approx.13 sqm and has a beautiful plank floor. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The washing machine is also located here. In the hallway we have furnished the common room in which a cozy sitting area with TV is available. The daylit full bathroom offers enough space for necessary utensils. In addition, there is a guest toilet in the shared apartment.

Service charges do not apply and are included in the flat-rate rent. Likewise, access to TV, internet (WLAN) and telephone is included in the flat-rate rent.

Location

Shopping and supply possibilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, on Wednesdays from 15.00 to 18.30 the eco-weekly market opens its doors.
The bus stop, from which the bus leaves every 6 minutes, in 10 minutes to Harburg station, is within walking distance. From here, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 12 minutes to Hamburg's main station. Heimfeld station, as well as the TUHH, can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
Long-distance train connections are also available at the station, Hamburg Harburg.
