The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained apartment building and offers a total of four rooms—one of which could soon be yours!

The rooms available are not only particularly bright but also spacious. Since all rooms are unfurnished, you have the freedom to decorate them exactly as you like! ✨

Room 1: 17.5 sqm – 649 EUR
Room 2: 19 sqm – 689 EUR
Room 3: 24.5 sqm – 709 EUR
Room 4: 15 sqm – 629 EUR

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and features a cozy seating area perfect for spending evenings together. From here, you have direct access to the balcony, which can be used by all roommates—ideal for enjoying a coffee in the sun ☀️.

The bathroom is functional and offers both a shower and a bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a long day.

This room is centrally located in downtown Harburg – with excellent transportation links and surrounded by everything you need.

Shops and amenities for your daily needs are just around the corner. In just a few minutes, you can reach downtown Harburg with its numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants, such as those on Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden, or at the Phoenix Center.

Especially charming: the Harburg weekly market on the “Sand,” open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. There’s also a small organic weekly market on Wednesdays from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM—both just a 3-minute walk away! 🌿🍅

Transportation connections are also excellent: From the Harburg-Rathaus train station (just 100 meters away), the S-Bahn (S3/S31) takes you directly to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes. For longer trips, the Hamburg-Harburg long-distance train station is also available. 🚆
