We are Luisa (25), Anastasia (20) and Tobias (22).

We are all working or studying and like to be active in sports in our free time. Dancing, fitness and volleyball for example. Sometimes we read a book or listen to music. In the evening we organize together, also sometimes a cozy Netflix - evening.
We would be pleased about an open-minded and sympathetic person, who has a healthy sense for cleanliness and desire to live in a community.

Room

The apartment, in which the offered room is located, has a total of 4 rooms and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building.
The light-flooded room is very spacious with about 18 square meters. Since it is unfurnished, you have a wonderful opportunity to furnish according to your own wishes and needs. You can create a sleeping and living or working area. There are no limits to your creativity.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. In addition, from here you can access the balcony, which is available to all residents. In the spacious bathroom has the washing machine, a bathtub and a shower space and invites you to relax.

Service charges do not apply. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

The offered room is located directly in the Harburg City.
Shopping and supply possibilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in the Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach this in 3 minutes on foot.

From Harburg-Rathaus train station, 100 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
