Hello dear seekers...
In our beautiful 3-person shared apartment is a room free and we are looking for you as the third person in the bunch ;-)

We are Dominik and Sören and both work. In our free time we like to watch Netflix or play on the PC. We are also sporty and enjoy badminton, swimming and jogging.
Photography, graphic design, music and cooking are also among our interests. Maybe you bring something else ;-)
We would be happy to have an open-minded and sympathetic person, with a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street, near the outdoor mill.
It has 3 rooms, which have been freshly renovated.
The bright room about 10 square meters and is rented furnished. Bed, wardrobe, desk - everything there. Just unpack your suitcase and live ;-)
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a cozy sitting area. The bathroom has a shower and enough space for needed utensils.

Service charges do not apply. They are, like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A wide range of gastronomy and culture, as well as the Phoenix Center directly in front of the door, make this Wg-room one of the most central in Harburg. Of course, doctors are also easily reached on foot or by public transport. The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has now gained an excellent international reputation, attracting many students from all over the world. From the Harburg train station, you can reach Hamburg's city center in about 15 minutes by S-Bahn. Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg - Harburg.

Miscellaneous

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
