A room is becoming available in our lovely shared flat - and we're looking for exactly you... 🙌

We are Hasan (28), Konrad (22) and Kiril (21). We study or work and like to spend our free time playing handball, listening to music, watching soccer or going to the gym 🏋️‍♂️🎶⚽.

Movies, video games, traveling, reading or simply being out with friends are also part of our hobbies 😄.

We also enjoy sitting together in the kitchen, chatting a bit and relaxing at the end of the day ☕🛋️.

We are looking for nice, open-minded people who are not looking for a purely functional flat share, but prefer a real life together ❤️. A healthy sense of cleanliness would be great 🧹😉.

Privacy is also important to us, so that everyone has time for themselves.

Room

The approx. 140 sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building with elevator in the beautiful Harburg inland port 🌊🏙️.

The light-flooded room is about 16 square meters in size, square cut and therefore super practical to furnish 🛏️. As it is unfurnished, you can design it entirely according to your own wishes - whether cozy, minimalist or creative ✨.

There are two bathrooms with showers for you to get ready - whether for work or a relaxing evening 🚿🙂.

Our fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and even a washing machine 🍽️🧺. We can end the day together in the sitting area and sit together comfortably ☕🛋️.

There are no additional costs - everything is already included in the all-inclusive rent.

Access to TV, Internet (LAN & WLAN) and telephone is also included 📺📶☎️.

Location

The apartment is located right next to Harburg city center, in the beautiful Harburg inland port, directly on the Elbe 🌊🏙️.

You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity 🛍️.

The easily accessible Harburg city center also offers a large selection of stores - in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center.

A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the Sand🥕🍎.

The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away 🎓🌍. It now enjoys an excellent international reputation and attracts students from all over the world.

The south of the Hanseatic city perfectly combines a central location with living close to nature 🌳🏡. The Harburg city park with its large outdoor mill pond, the Haake or Meyers Park are just a few minutes away by bike or bus 🚴‍♂️💚.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, just a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S3/S31) takes you directly to Hamburg Central Station in around 15 minutes 🚆.

You can find other long-distance train connections at Hamburg-Harburg station.

If you feel that our shared flat suits you well, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to stay for at least 6 months, it's a great fit 👍🙂.

You should move in alone and not bring any pets 🐾🚫.
