In our beautiful shared flat 2 rooms, both 16 square meters, will be available for 01.09. or earlier and we are looking for you.

We are Hasan (24), student from Buxtehude and Markus (24) employee from Austria. In our free time we are interested in handball, music or watching football. Movies, video games, traveling or just partying are also on our list ;-) Otherwise, we also like to sit together in the kitchen and let the day end. We are happy about 2 nice open-minded people who are not interested in a shared flat, but in living together and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The approximately 140 sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, with an elevator in the Harburg inland port.

The light-flooded room is about 16 square meters in size and advantageously has a square cut. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. Ready-made, whether for work or the evening, will be located in one of the two bathrooms with a shower. Our fitted kitchen contains a dishwasher and the washing machine. In addition, we have our sitting area here, where we can end the day together and sit together.

There are no additional costs and are covered by the flat-rate rent. Access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone are also included in the package rental.

Location

The apartment is located next to the Harburger City, in the Harbuger inland port, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply options for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The city center of Harburg, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of shops and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcades and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' also has a special charm (open Monday to Saturday from 08.00 to 13.30). In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15.00 to 18.30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes.
The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has meanwhile gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world
The south of the Hanseatic city skilfully combines a central location with natural living. The Harburg City park with its large outdoor mill pond or the Haake, as well as the Meyers Park can be reached in a few minutes by bike or bus.

From Harburg-Rathaus Station, a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) runs to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes.
Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg Harburg.
