The apartment is located on the first floor of a charming older apartment building—it really feels like home

🛏️ The room is about 11 m² in size, beautifully bright thanks to a large window 🪟 and features a great hardwood floor 🌞
Since it’s unfurnished, you can decorate it exactly the way you want 🛋️ —the size is perfect for creating different living areas!

🍽️ In the shared kitchen, you’ll find everything you need:
🥗 a cozy seating area for chatting or eating
🧺 a washing machine
🍽️ and a dishwasher—less dishwashing, more time for yourself!

🚿 The shower room has a window and is bright and cheerful—and there’s also a guest bathroom 🚽👍

💡 Utility bills? No stress!
They’re already included—just like TV and internet (Wi-Fi & Ethernet) 📺📶

The south of Hamburg combines the best of both worlds: a central location and green living 🏡💚
The Phoenix Center is very close by - perfect for shopping 🛍️, a quick shopping trip, a visit to the doctor or a detour to a café or restaurant ☕🍝.

🌿 For fresh air and recreational fun, you can be in the countryside in just a few minutes:
