Room

The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful old apartment building, which impresses with its charm and cozy atmosphere 🏡✨.

The 11 m² room is equipped with an original plank floor, which gives the room a very special touch 🌿. As it is unfurnished, you have the perfect opportunity to design it entirely according to your own ideas and needs and create a cozy home for yourself.

In the spacious communal kitchen there is a lovingly furnished seating area where you can eat or relax together with your flatmates 🍽️. The washing machine and dishwasher are also practical and make your everyday life easier 🧺💡. The shower room is bright and friendly thanks to the window, which provides plenty of natural light 🌞🚿.

The utilities are already included in the rent, as is access to TV and internet (including network & WLAN), so you don't have to worry about anything else 📶💻.

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Phoenix Center is a great place to store. The shopping center offers many shopping opportunities, as well as doctors and restaurants. At the foot of the Reeseberg are the local recreation areas "Außenmühlenteich" and the "Harburger Stadtpark", which invite you to go for walks, bike tours and other leisure activities as well as swimming and boating in the summer.
The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
Reeseberg is a quiet residential street at its top, with good bus connections. The 141 and 443 buses stop here and arrive at Harburg station in 14 minutes. There are further bus connections there, as well as the S-Bahn, which takes you to Hamburg main station in 15 minutes. Hamburg city center can therefore be reached in around 30 minutes. Long-distance train connections are available at Hamburg - Harburg station.
