Shared room unfurnished 11sqm for 01.06. in Hamburg Harvestehude in shared flat with 3 people

We are Chiara (26) and Anton (26), both working, like it clean and tidy and would be happy if you are communicative. In our free time we like bouldering, bodyweight training, watching and playing soccer, skiing or doing yoga. We cook and chat or play music. We haven't been living together for too long, but our aim is not to be a partnership of convenience, but a nice life together with a new person who is friendly and open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor in the beautiful Harvestehude.

The room is about 11 square meters in size and can, since it is unfurnished, be furnished entirely according to your own wishes.
The kitchen in classic style, is equipped with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as dishwasher and a cozy sitting area.
The spacious bathroom is modern, simple and practical and invites you to relax in the bath.
For beautiful summer evenings, the small garden is available directly at the front door, which can be used by all residents.

Service charges do not apply. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone.

Location

Schlankreye is located in an attractive residential area in the Harvestehude district of Eimsbüttel. One of the smallest and most charming districts of Hamburg. Although the district is densely populated, it is still a small village in the city and has numerous green spaces. The Eimsbütteler Park with the pond, the Isebekkanal and the KAIFU-LOGDE are just around the corner.
From here you can reach food markets, banks, doctors within walking distance. Eimsbüttel is also very popular for shopping. The district center around Osterstraße and Eppendorfer Weg offer countless opportunities for shopping, many cafes and bars, for ice cream in the sun or wine in the evening. In addition, there are several restaurants to go out for a varied meal.
In 5 to 10 minutes you can reach the subway stations "Christuskirche" and "Schlump" on foot or use one of the several bus lines and the Hamburg city center is reached in less than 15 minutes.
In this village no one needs a car to get to the city ;-)
