We are Tarek (23) and Anton (27). We like to be active in our free time 💪 - whether it's bouldering, bodyweight training, watching & playing soccer, skiing 🎿 or relaxing with yoga 🧘‍♂️.
We also enjoy cooking 🍝, chatting about God and the world 🗣️ or making music together 🎶🎸

It's important to us that our shared flat isn't just a community of convenience 🚫🤖 - we want a friendly atmosphere where people feel comfortable, enjoy sitting together and simply get on well 🫶

The apartment is located on the first floor in beautiful Harvestehude 🌳🏡

The room is approx. 17 sqm and unfurnished - so you can design it to suit your taste 🛋️✨

The charming, classic-style kitchen has everything you need: ceramic hob 🍳, extractor hood 🌬️, fridge with large freezer compartment 🧊, dishwasher 🧼 and a cozy seating area for relaxed meals ☕🍽️

The bathroom is spacious, modern and simple - perfect for a little time out in the bathtub 🛁🕯️

There's even a small garden for balmy summer evenings 🌼🌿 - right outside the door and available to all residents! 🌞🍹

Incidental costs? There are none! 😍 TV 📺and internet (LAN & WLAN) 🌐 are already included in the all-inclusive rent - all-round carefree! 🙌

Location

Schlankreye is located in a super nice residential area in the popular Harvestehude district of Eimsbüttel 🌿🏙️ - one of Hamburg's smallest but most charming neighborhoods 💛

Despite its central location, everything here feels a bit like a village in the middle of the city 🏡✨ With lots of green spaces, there is plenty of space to relax - Eimsbütteler Park is just around the corner 🌳🚣‍♀️🏋️

Shopping facilities, banks and doctors are all within easy walking distance 🛍️🏦👨‍⚕️
Shopping fans will also get their money's worth: Osterstraße and Eppendorfer Weg offer plenty of stores, cute cafés ☕, cozy bars 🍷 and great ice cream parlors 🍦 - perfect for sunny afternoons or relaxed evenings!

You won't get bored with the food either 🍽️😋 - there are many restaurants with varied cuisine.

The subway stations "Christuskirche" and "Schlump" are just a 5-10 minute walk away 🚶‍♂️🚆 - or you can catch one of the many buses 🚌.
And best of all: Hamburg city center can be reached in less than 15 minutes 🏙️💨

You really don't need a car here - everything is close by in this village in the city! 😉
