Niklas (21) and Cedric (23) and working. We are interested in martial arts, going to the gym or watching a movie. We are looking forward to another member for this relaxed, funny, talkative and also a bit adventurous flat share. A person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and also wants to cook together, have a wine or beer together and spend evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in Heimfeld.
The light-flooded room is about 12 square meters in size and can, since it is unfurnished, be completely furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area. In addition, from here you can step out onto the balcony. The bathroom has a window and invites you to take a relaxing bath or shower. Enough space for needed utensils it also offers.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to the telephone, TV and internet.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
