Hello to all those looking for a room in a shared flat... We have a room available and we are looking for you!

We are Isabel (21) and Cedric (23) and we work. We are interested in creative things and sports. We are looking forward to another member for this relaxed, funny, talkative and also a bit adventurous flat share. A person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and also wants to cook together, have a wine or beer together and spend evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Bright room available in a cozy 3-bed flat share in Heimfeld

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in beautiful Heimfeld.

The light-flooded room is approx. 12 m² in size and unfurnished - so you can furnish and decorate it to suit your taste.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and offers a cozy seating area. From here you have direct access to the balcony - perfect for a relaxing end to the day.

The bathroom has a window, offers plenty of space for your utensils and invites you to relax with a bathtub and shower.

There are no additional costs - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent. Internet, TV and a landline are also included.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
