Hello everyone. We have a room available immediately.

We are Güney (22), Rouven (20), Sebastian (26), Finn (20), Cansel (22), Palma (22) and Philip (24)

In our free time, we like to be active and go to the gym, play soccer or simply go for a walk. But we also like meeting friends, partying and going to the movies. Some of us also like to read, be creative or watch Netflix.

Room

The apartment in which the room on offer is located is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The apartment extends over the entire floor and is thus divided into 2 shared flats, 4 residents with their own entrances, who share a large communal room / kitchen.
Your light-flooded room is approx. 12 m² in size and as it is unfurnished, you can furnish it entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area with TV. The spacious shower room offers enough space for the utensils you need.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV, internet (network and WiFi).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.

The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't fancy the building's own backyard (there is a separate "hut" for the residents of the shared flat to barbecue and smoke), you can reach local recreation areas such as Heimfelder Forst and Meyers Park within a short distance of the apartment. By car, you can reach the Schwarze Berge and the Haake in just a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance.

- S3 or S31 from the Harburg Rathaus stop will take you to the main station in around 20 minutes.
- S3 or S31 to Altona in about 25 minutes.
