We have a room available in our shared flat because Benedikt is moving out and we look forward to welcoming you...

We are Anneke, Isabella, Lois, Jan Ole, Niklas, Shreya and Miles.

In our free time we like to do sports, meet friends and explore Hamburg. We're not a flat share that's always on top of each other. Everyone does their own thing. The kitchen is the meeting point for cooking together or just chatting. We're always up for parties or chilling together in our garden, even with residents from the other shared flats in the building ;-) The whole house is interconnected and everyone gets along very well.

There are no service charges. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building, in a play street, in Hamburg Heimfeld.

The room is about 13 square meters and wonderfully flooded with light through 2 windows. Due to the generous cut, it offers many possibilities and can be furnished individually.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer. The residents can end the evening in the cozy sitting area with TV. The bathroom is modern and practical, with shower for a fresh start to the day.
The highlight is the garden, which is used by all residents of the whole house.

Service charges do not apply. They are included in the rent, as well as access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance,
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip you go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to go out and relax, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

You have the feeling that this could be a good fit and would like to stay for at least 6 months.
