A room is opening up in our shared apartment, and we’re looking for YOU! 🙌

We’re Henrik (22), Doganbeiy (29), Ricards (23), Basil (25), and Mohsen (32)—a colorful mix of students and working professionals. 🎓 In our free time, we love exploring the city and enjoying our time together.

In the evenings, we like to meet up in the kitchen for a glass of wine 🍷 or a beer 🍺, wind down the day in a cozy atmosphere, order pizza 🍕, and watch Netflix 📺 together.

The atmosphere is totally laid-back and relaxed. At the same time, we respect each other’s privacy and give everyone the space they need. 🛋️

Room

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained apartment building—on a quiet street in beautiful Hamburg-Heimfeld 🏡

The bright room is about 10 m² and is rented out fully furnished—bed, desk, closet—everything’s there! Just unpack your bags and feel right at home 🎒

The shared apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher 🍽️ and a cozy sitting area with a TV—perfect for relaxing evenings. There are also two bathrooms 🚿 with plenty of space for your personal belongings 🧴

The amenities also include a washer and dryer 🧺—so everything you need is right there!

Utility bills? None! TV and internet (Wi-Fi & LAN) are already included in the flat-rate rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld—in a really beautiful area, very close to downtown Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot 🎓.

Public transportation connections are great 👍, and you’ll find all the essentials for daily life—like bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, and banks—right in the neighborhood. For a big shopping trip, head to the Phoenix Center in Harburg 🛍️.

If you want to get out and relax, you can easily reach nearby recreational areas like the “Heimfelder Forst” and “Meyers Park” 🌿—perfect for walks or outdoor sports! By car, you can reach the “Schwarze Berge” or the “Haake” in just a few minutes.

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station is also within walking distance 🚆 and takes you directly to Hamburg Central Station 🚉 in about 20 minutes—so it’s perfect for getting to downtown quickly! 🏙️
