A room is opening up in our shared apartment, and we’re looking for YOU! 🙌

We’re Henrik (22), Doganbeiy (29), Ricards (23), Basil (25), and Mohsen (32)—a diverse mix of students and working professionals. 🎓💼 In our free time, we love exploring the city and enjoying our time together.

In the evenings, we like to meet up in the kitchen for a glass of wine 🍷 or a beer 🍺, wind down the day in a cozy atmosphere, order pizza 🍕, and watch Netflix 📺 together.

The atmosphere is totally laid-back and relaxed. At the same time, we respect each other’s privacy and give everyone the space they need. 🛋️✨

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-kept apartment building - in a quiet street in beautiful Hamburg-Heimfeld 🌳🏡

The bright room is approx. 10 m² in size and is rented fully furnished - bed, desk, wardrobe - everything is there! Simply unpack your suitcase and feel right at home 🎒

The flat share has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher 🍽️ and a cozy sitting area with TV 📺 - perfect for relaxing evenings. There are also two bathrooms 🚿 with plenty of space for your personal belongings 🧴

The equipment also includes a washing machine and dryer 🧺 - so everything you need is here!

Additional costs? There are none! TV, Internet (WLAN & LAN) are already included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld - in a really nice location, very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot 🎓🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️.

The connection to public transport is great 👍 and all the important everyday things, such as bakeries 🥐, pharmacies 💊, doctors 🏥 and banks 🏦, can be found right in the neighborhood. For a big shopping trip, head to the Phoenix Center in Harburg 🛍️.

If you want to get out and relax, you can easily reach local recreational areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" 🌲🌳 and "Meyers Park" 🌿 - perfect for walks or outdoor sports! By car, you can reach the "Schwarze Bergen" or the 'Haake' 🚗🌄 in just a few minutes.

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station is also within walking distance 🚆 and takes you directly to Hamburg Central Station in around 20 minutes 🚉 - perfect for getting into the city center quickly! 🏙️
