Hey there! 😊 We have two rooms available in our shared apartment and we're looking for YOU! 🙌 We are Henrik (21), Doganbeiy (28), Ricarda (23), and Mohsen (31) – a colorful mix of students and professionals. 🎓💼 In our free time, we like to explore the city and enjoy spending time together. In the evenings, we like to meet up for a glass of wine 🍷 or a beer 🍺 in the kitchen, relax and unwind, order pizza 🍕, and watch Netflix 📺 together.

Room

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained apartment building—on a quiet street in beautiful Hamburg-Heimfeld. The bright room is approximately 10 m² and is rented fully furnished—bed, desk, closet—everything is there! Just unpack your suitcase and feel right at home 🎒 The shared apartment has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a dishwasher 🍽️ and a cozy sitting area with a TV 📺 – perfect for relaxing evenings. There are also two bathrooms 🚿 with plenty of space for your personal belongings 🧴

The amenities also include a washing machine and dryer 🧺 – so everything you need is there! Utilities? There aren't any! TV and internet (WiFi & LAN) are already included in the flat rate rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld - in a really nice location, very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot 🎓🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️.

The connection to public transport is great 👍 and all the important everyday things, such as bakeries 🥐, pharmacies 💊, doctors 🏥 and banks 🏦, can be found right in the neighborhood. For a big shopping trip, head to the Phoenix Center in Harburg 🛍️.

If you want to get out and relax, you can easily reach local recreational areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" 🌲🌳 and "Meyers Park" 🌿 - perfect for walks or outdoor sports! By car, you can reach the "Schwarze Bergen" or the 'Haake' 🚗🌄 in just a few minutes.

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station is also within walking distance 🚆 and takes you directly to Hamburg Central Station in around 20 minutes 🚉 - perfect for getting into the city center quickly! 🏙️
