We are Hendrik, Mohsen and Franklina. In October Hannah and Mark will move in.
We are a mixed bunch of students and professionals and like to explore the city in our free time. We are not a purpose-built flat share! At the end of the day, it is quite common to meet for a glass of wine or a beer in the kitchen to end the day, or to order a pizza and watch Netflix together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is a top priority so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld.

The bright room about 10 square meters and is rented furnished. Bed, wardrobe, desk - everything there. Just unpack your suitcase and live ;-)
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area with TV. There are 2 practical bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, you do not need more to freshen up. The WG is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

The rent includes all expenses. Likewise, access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) is included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to go out and relax, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
