We are Jennifer (19), Felicia (19), Lukas (20), Lourdes (20) and Alexandra (19)

We are a fun bunch of students and employees and our hobbies are as diverse as we are. We love meeting friends, being creative by drawing or crocheting by hand and digitally, reading one or the other book or going to the gym every now and then, for swimming or jogging. Stroll through vintage shops and like to chill out in cafés or restaurants when we are not busy with dancing. If the weather is bad, we like to cook or organize a game night. I like to listen to music or potcasts and watch movies and Netflix.

We do not want a community of purpose, but a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

We are looking for another member for relaxed, funny, talkative and also somewhat adventurous shared flats. People who also feel like cooking together, drinking a wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building and has 6 rooms, which are spread over about 96 square meters of living space, in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld. Very close to the TUHH.

The room is wonderfully flooded with light and has a living area of about 15 square meters and, since it is unfurnished, can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs.
The 6 rooms as well as the large common room, with integrated kitchen, and the bathrooms were extensively renovated in October 2022.
The kitchen in a classic style in light gray / white, with a ceramic hob with an associated extractor hood, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher and a cozy seating area in the form of a counter. The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower corner and washbasin. That's all you need to freshen up. Should time be pressing, a modern guest toilet is also available.
The highlight for the summer is the terrace, which is available to all residents and invites you to relax or have a barbecue.

There are no additional additional costs. They, like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone with fixed-line flat, are included in the indicated flat-rate rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which can be reached on foot.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip you go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short paths. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you in a few minutes, to the city center of Hamburg.
