Three rooms are becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for you!

We are Jakob (25), Tabea (25) Akshaykumar (26) and Julia (25). We are a bunch of students and traditional employees. In our free time we like to be active in sports. The gym, ultimate frisbee, kung fu, video games, soccer or running are on the agenda here. Simply being out and about with friends, reading, painting and drawing, visiting museums, listening to music and traveling the world are the other things that interest us.

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a multi-family house and has 6 rooms spread over about 96 sqm of living space, in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld. Very close to the TUHH.

The room is wonderfully flooded with light and has a living area of about 15 sqm and can, since it is unfurnished, be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs.
The 6 rooms as well as the large common room, with integrated kitchen, and the bathrooms were extensively renovated in October 2022.
The kitchen in classic style in light gray / white, with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as dishwasher and a cozy seating area in the form of a counter. The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower area and sink. That's all you need to freshen up. If time should ever be pressing, there is an equally modern guest toilet.
The highlight for the summer is the terrace, which is available to all residents and invites you to relax or barbecue.

Additional service charges do not apply. They are, like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone with landline flat, included in the specified all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg. The TUHH can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The public transport connections are very good. Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't fancy your own garden, you can reach recreational areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and "Meyers Park" in Heimfeld within a short distance of the apartment. By car, you can reach the "Schwarze Berge" and the "Haake" in just a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you to Hamburg city center in just a few minutes.

We do not accept pets and it is important to us that you move in alone.
