Hello dear flat share seekers... 1 room in our shared flat will be available on 1.10

We are Turn (27), Dur (27), Charleen (25) and Peter (26). We all have our own jobs and like to do sports in our free time. Fitness in the gym and soccer are on the agenda. But we are also creative by taking photos, cooking and baking, meeting friends and/or watching Netflix or playing games.

We don't want to become a community of convenience, but would like to live together with people who fit together well, are likeable and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another member for this fresh, almost new flat share. People who also enjoy cooking together, drinking wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The room is about 11sqm and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large window. The room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, lamps, mirror and coat hooks. Just unpack your bags and live ;-)
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area with TV. The daylight bathroom has a spacious shower and enough space for needed utensils. Furthermore, there is a small guest toilet in the WG.

There are no additional costs. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like living in your own four walls, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment on short ways. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

If you feel that this suits you, and you are between 18 - 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months, then please send us your application. We do not accept pets and it is important to us that you move in alone.
