Hello, everyone looking for a shared apartment! 😊
We have two rooms opening up—you can join our shared apartment starting in September and October! 🏡

We’re Tuan (29), Michael (20), and Susanne (28).
We’re a diverse mix of students and working professionals. In our free time, we like to stay active—whether at the gym, playing soccer ⚽, or just relaxing with Netflix 🍿, gaming 🎮, cooking, or baking 🧁. We love being creative—for example, taking photos 📸—and we also enjoy meeting up with friends or getting together for a glass of wine or beer 🍻.

It’s important to us that this isn’t just a functional shared apartment. We’re looking for a harmonious living situation with people who are open-minded, friendly, fun, and tidy 🧽. Simply someone who’s a good fit for us and wants to actively help shape life in the shared apartment 💛.

Whether it’s cooking together 🍝, cozy evenings on the couch 🛋️, or just hanging out and chatting.
Despite the open, laid-back atmosphere, privacy is of course absolutely important—everyone should be able to have some space and feel comfortable 📖.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming older apartment building in beautiful Hamburg-Heimfeld 🏡

The room is about 11 m² and is beautifully flooded with natural light thanks to the large window ☀️. Since it’s a furnished room, you won’t have to worry about hauling furniture around or setting it up 🛋️.

The kitchen has a classic-modern design in light shades of gray and white. It’s equipped with everything you need: a ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, a dishwasher—and there’s even a cozy sitting area with a counter and a TV 🍽️.

The bathroom with a window is modern and simple—with enough space for all the essentials 🚿. There’s also a small guest restroom 🙂.

Especially convenient: There are no additional utility costs! 🙌
Electricity, TV, and internet (wired & Wi-Fi) 💻—everything is already included in the flat-rate rent ✅.

Location

The apartment is located right in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld 💚—in a particularly beautiful and quiet residential area. The center of Hamburg-Harburg and the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) are both within easy walking distance 🏫—the TUHH is only about 800 m away, so it’s about a 10-minute walk.

Public transportation connections are excellent 🚉 – the Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station is only about 600 m away (about a 7-minute walk) and takes you directly to downtown Hamburg or the main train station (about 12 km) in about 15 minutes.

For everyday needs, everything is right in the immediate vicinity: a bakery 🥐, a pharmacy, doctors’ offices, supermarkets, and banks—all practically right around the corner! For bigger shopping trips, the Phoenix Center in Harburg is just a few minutes away.

And if you ever want to get out of the house: In just a few minutes, you can reach beautiful local recreational areas like the Heimfelder Forest 🌲, Meyers Park 🌳, or—by car—the Schwarzen Berge and the “Haake” nature reserve. Perfect for walks, sports, or just a little break in nature!
