Furnished 11 sqm shared room for 01.01. in Hamburg Heimfeld

Hello dear seekers... There are rooms available in our shared flat and we are looking for you...

We are Patrick (32), Sarah (22) and Tabea (20). We are working or studying and in our free time we like to be active in sports. Martial arts, inline skating, cycling and workouts are on the program. But we are also creative by drawing and writing or photographing. We cook and bake, meet friends, make music and program, or read and watch Netflix.
We do not want to become a community of purpose, but we want a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another member for this relaxed, funny, talkative and also somewhat adventurous WG. People who also feel like cooking together, drinking a wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The room is about 11sqm in size and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large window. The room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, lamps, mirror and wardrobe hooks. Just unpack the suitcases and live ;-)
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a comfortable seating area with TV. The day-lit bathroom has a spacious shower and enough space for necessary utensils. Furthermore, there is a small guest toilet in the WG.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the flat-rate rental.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which can be reached on foot.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip you go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own 4 walls, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short paths. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you in a few minutes, to the city center of Hamburg.
