Jakob (23) has already decided and would like to have another 5 roommates. There are 4 furnished rooms to choose from for 619,- monthly rent and one unfurnished room for 639,- monthly rent.

Our goal is that it does not become a community of purpose, but we wish a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Maybe you will also bring someone directly with you who still wants to move in, no problem at all ;-)

Room

The apartment is about 96 sqm in total and is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street very close to the TUHH, in Hamburg Heimfeld.
You can simply unpack your suitcases and stay in one of the 4 bright, 8 sqm rooms, as they are furnished. The rooms are equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, lights, wardrobe hooks, play gel.

The entire apartment, with integrated kitchen, and the bathrooms were extensively renovated and completed on 01.10.22.

The new fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, above it an extractor hood and has a seating area in the form of a counter, in which you can comfortably end the evening.
The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower corner and washbasin. That's all you need to freshen up. Should time be pressing, a modern guest toilet is also available.
The highlight of the shared flat is the terrace, which is available to all residents and invites them to relax.

There are no additional additional costs. They, like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone with fixed-line flat, are included in the indicated flat-rate rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, near the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which can be reached on foot.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short paths. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and will take you to the city center of Hamburg in a few minutes.
