The shared flat is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the heart of Heimfeld.

The bright, approx. 11 m² room is unfurnished, so you can arrange it as you wish.

A special highlight: in addition to a spacious kitchen, there is also a living room! The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area. The living room has a comfortable couch, a TV and a dining area - perfect for evenings together.

The bathroom has a large window and a bathtub - ideal for relaxing.

Additional costs? Don't worry! They are already included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (WLAN) and telephone.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you need to get out and about, you can reach recreational areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and "Meyers Park" in Heimfeld within a short distance of the apartment. By car or bike, you can reach the "Schwarze Berge" and the "Haake" in just a few minutes.

The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is directly opposite the house and takes you to Hamburg city center in just a few minutes.
