The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a historic apartment building—in a quiet yet central location in beautiful Hamburg-Heimfeld.

The bright room (15 m²) has a square layout and is floored with real wood laminate 🌞

Since it’s unfurnished, you can let your creativity run wild when decorating—there are no limits to your imagination 🛋️

In the built-in kitchen, you’ll find everything you need: an oven, a stovetop, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment 🍳

Here, you can wind down at the end of the day with your roommates in the cozy sitting area ☕

The brightly tiled bathroom is perfectly equipped with a bathtub 🛁 and sink—ideal for freshening up and getting your day off to a good start.

Everything is already included in the flat-rate rent—including TV, internet (Wi-Fi), and phone (with a landline flat rate) 📶

Our apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld, in a particularly beautiful and quiet neighborhood 🌿—just about a 10-minute walk to TUHH 🎓 and about a 15-minute walk to the center of Hamburg-Harburg 🏙️

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station is less than a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Hamburg Central Station in just about 18 minutes—perfect for commuters or city lovers!

Great public transit connections & everything right around the corner:
Whether it’s a bakery, pharmacy, doctors’ offices, supermarkets, or banks—everything is right nearby
For bigger shopping trips, the Phoenix Center in Harburg isn’t far away 🛍️

And if you ever want to get out:
Heimfelder Forst and Meyers Park are just a short walk away—ideal for walking, jogging, or just taking a breath of fresh air 🌲
By car, you can also reach the countryside in just a few minutes—for example, the “Schwarze Berge” or the “Haake”
