Hi, we have a room becoming available and we are looking for you...

We are Henrike (26) and Annalena (27). We study/work and like to be active in our free time. Yoga, cycling, running, fitness, singing (choir) or going for walks are the order of the day. From time to time we cook, organize a game night or meet our friends.

We are looking for a new person who fits in with us and is not interested in a functional flat share and we require a healthy sense of cleanliness ;-)

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old multi-family house in Hamburg Heimfeld.

The bright room is about 15 square meters has a square cut and is laid out with real wood laminate. When furnishing it fantasy no limits are set, because it is unfurnished. In the fitted kitchen with oven, hob, and a large refrigerator, including freezer, all residents can end the day in the cozy sitting area. The brightly tiled bathroom is ideally equipped for freshening up with a bathtub and washing area.


There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, just like the access to TV, internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like living in your own four walls, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment on short ways. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

If you are interested, would like to stay for at least 6 months and have no pets, the best thing to do is just look at the room live or digitally. We are looking forward to getting to know you.
