Two rooms are becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for you...

We are Hendrik, Mohsen, Ibo and Ibrahim.
We are a motley crew of students and professionals and like to explore the city in our free time. At the end of the day, it's not unusual to meet up for a glass of wine or a beer in the kitchen to round off the day, or to order a pizza and watch Netflix together. The atmosphere is relaxed and the motto is "anything goes, but nothing is a must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is a top priority so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The offered, bright room has about 12 sqm and is rented furnished, so you have no furniture-order stress. Just unpack your suitcase and live ;-)
In addition, you can see from your room into the courtyard with a beautiful garden.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area with TV. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and enough space for needed utensils. The shared apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

There are no extra charges. They are, like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to go out and relax, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

Miscellaneous

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
