Three rooms available in our shared apartment! 😊

We’re Sharina (23), Niclas (27), and Felix (19), and three rooms are opening up in our shared apartment🏡✨In our free time, we enjoy being active (at the gym, swimming, playing soccer or basketball), learning new languages, drawing, reading, taking photos, playing video games, or hanging out with friends 🎨🎮🎶. Since many of us aren’t from Hamburg, we enjoy exploring the city together and spending a lot of time with each other. We often hang out in our big kitchen, cooking or just chatting 🍳🗣️.

There are other shared apartments in the building that we get along well with, and in the summer we love using the barbecue pavilion in the garden 🍖🌞.

We’re looking for a friendly and open-minded person who has a good sense of cleanliness 🧼. Maybe you’ll bring a hobby or two of your own, or join in on one of ours 🙂.

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building on a residential street in Hamburg Heimfeld.

The room is approximately 17 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light thanks to two large windows. Its spacious layout offers many possibilities and allows it to be furnished to suit individual tastes and needs.
The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Residents can wind down in the cozy sitting area with a TV in the evenings. The bathroom is modern and practical, with a shower for a refreshing start to the day.
A highlight is the garden, which is shared by all residents of the building.

The common area is particularly spacious: the apartment was created by combining two originally separate apartments into one large living unit. As a result, it features two entrances, two entryways, two bathrooms, and a large, modern kitchen that offers plenty of space for communal living 🏡.

There are no additional fees. These, along with access to TV, internet (wired and Wi-Fi), and phone service (including a landline flat rate), are included in the rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld - in a particularly beautiful and quiet location, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Harburg and the TUHH 🏫.
Thanks to the nearby Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station, you can be in the heart of Hamburg city center in just a few minutes 🚉.

Everything is also within easy reach in everyday life: Bakers, pharmacies, doctors, banks and many other facilities for your daily needs are just around the corner. For larger purchases or a shopping trip, the Phoenix-Center in Harburg is not far away 🛍️.

If you're looking for some nature and relaxation, you've come to the right place: Heimfelder Forst and Meyers Park are just a stroll away 🌳. And if you fancy even more nature, the Schwarze Berge or the Haake are just a short drive away - perfect for switching off!

And the best thing is: if you don't feel like going on an excursion - the hotel's own garden is also perfect for relaxing 🌼.
