In our WG a room becomes free to 01.10. or earlier and we are looking forward to you...

We are Isabella (22), Jan Ole (22), Regina (20), Shreya (26) and Miles (24).

In our free time we like to do sports, meet friends and explore Hamburg. We are not a WG that sits on top of each other all the time. Everyone does their thing comfortably. The kitchen is the meeting point for cooking together or just chatting. For parties or chilly sitting together in our garden, also with residents from the other WGs in the house, we are always available ;-) The whole house is networked and everyone gets along very well.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the rent, as well as access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building, in a play street, in Hamburg Heimfeld.

The room is about 17 square meters and wonderfully flooded with light through 2 large windows. Due to the generous cut, it offers many possibilities and can be furnished individually according to taste and need.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer. Residents can spend the evening in the cozy sitting area with TV. The bathroom is modern and practical, with shower for a fresh start to the day.
The highlight is the garden, which is used by all residents of the whole house.

Service charges do not apply. They are included in the rent, as well as access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance,
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip you go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to go out and relax, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
